High-Performance Compact Drive for Industrial Motor Control

The Delta MS300 Series Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) is a next-generation compact drive engineered for efficient, precise, and flexible motor control across HVAC, BMS, and industrial automation systems.

Manufactured in Taiwan, the MS300 combines sensorless vector (SVC) and field-oriented control (FOC) with an integrated 2 K-step PLC, delivering stand-alone logic control in a body 40 % smaller than previous models.

It supports IM and PM motors, includes a Safe Torque Off (STO) function certified to SIL 2 / PL d, and offers built-in RS-485 (Modbus RTU) plus optional EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, EtherCAT, or DeviceNet cards for easy system integration.

Reliable, compact, and quick to commission, the MS300 is ideal for upgrading existing panels or building new energy-efficient machines.
