Order Fulfilment Process

At TW Automate, we work closely with our trusted suppliers in Taiwan - including Shiuan Jey Technology (SJEY Tech) - to deliver industrial-grade components tailored to your needs.

To ensure product quality and consistency, all items are first shipped to our Australian facility for inspection before final delivery to you.

Depending on the product type and supplier, items may be:

  • Stocked and ready for dispatch, or

  • Custom-made to order, requiring additional production time

We offer both express and standard international shipping options based on urgency and availability.


Custom Manufacturing & Lead Times

For made-to-order or custom-configured products, manufacturing times vary by supplier and product type. Estimated production times may range from:

  • 3–7 business days (standard configurations)

  • 7–14+ business days (fully customised or multi-part systems)

If your order includes items from multiple suppliers or requires third-party components, additional time may be required for consolidation before shipment.

Tracking Information

At TW Automate, we aim to provide full transparency throughout the shipping process.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched from our Australian facility.

If we receive any tracking updates from our suppliers during international transit, we will do our best to pass these updates on to you,Β especially for made-to-order items that involve longer lead times.
