All prices listed are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We use secure third-party payment providers (e.g., Shopify Payments) to process transactions.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
  • Limit or prohibit sales that, in our sole judgment, appear to be made by fraudulent buyers. 

5. Shipping and Delivery

Our products are imported from our trusted supplier partners in Taiwan. All orders are first received at our Australian warehouse for inspection before domestic dispatch. Estimated delivery times and shipping details are provided on our Shipping Policy page.

6. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Our Returns & Refunds Policy complies with Australian Consumer Law. You may be eligible for a remedy if a product is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

We may link to third-party services or platforms (e.g., logistics providers, payment gateways). We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, terms or data handling practices. Use of these services is at your own risk.
